Back Pressure Valves and Pressure Relief Valves
The Eco Valve line of diaphragm style Back Pressure and Pressure Relief valves was designed to ensure accurate pumping and protect your pipeline.
It is divided into three series by connection size:
A Series for 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" sizes,
B series for 1/2" (High Flow), 3/4" and 1"
C series for 1" (High Flow), 1 1/4", 1 1/2", and 2".

Standard Eco Valve
Standard features:
- Available in 13 sizes, ranging from 1/4" (DN 8) to 4" (DN 100) NPT or BSPT
- 7 materials, including PVC, CPVC Corzan, Polypropylene, PVDF, Stainless Steel, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy C276
- CPVC Corzan molded top on most models
- Back Pressure (anti-syphon) valve is a two-port flow through device, factory set at 50 PSIG (field adjustable 15-150 PSIG)
- Pressure Relief valve is available in a two-port, off-line style
- Locking pressure adjustable handle is standard on all valves
- Gauge port options available in either flow direction
- Injection mould design with fewer moving parts
- High ambient temperature range
Flanged
Available in Thermoplastic and Metallic
Our Flanged Eco Valves in Plastic incorporate 150# socket-welded flanges on PVC and CPVC valves, and threaded 150# companion flanges on polypropylene, PVDF, and PTFE valves.
Flanges sizes from 1/4" to 2" available.
Our Flanged Eco Valves in Metal incorporate 150# socket-welded flanges on fully metal or metal body-only valves.
These flanged valves are also available in our High Temperature and High Pressure series.
Union
Available in Thermoplastic and some Stainless Steel sizes only
Our Union-style Eco Valves simplify installation and removal of the valve from the piping system. Field maintenance no longer requires specialized tools to remove these valves from the system.
Mid-Range
Our Mid-Range valve line offers higher pressure rated thermoplastic valves in PVC, CPVC Corzan, and PVDF.
They are rated to 232 PSIG / 16 BAR.
High Pressure
Our High Pressure series is available only with metallic bodies. Its features include:
- Pressure range from 50 to 350 psig
- This series includes a standard aluminum metallic top, viton diaphragm, and high pressure spring, with three standard choices of metallic wetted bottom
- Standard body materials available are 316L stainless steel, Alloy 20, or Hastelloy C. Other metallic bodies are available upon request.
- Valves available in various configurations that include threaded, socket, and flanged
High Temperature
Our High Temperature series is designed for applications above 140°F / 60°C. Its features include:
- Temperature limit of this valve is dependent upon body material selection, to a maximum of 300°F (149°C)
- Standard body materials available are 316L stainless steel, Alloy 20, or Hastelloy C, all rated to the maximum temperature. Other metallic bodies available upon request.
- Option body materials available are CPVC Corzan and PVDF, however these have limited pressure versus temperature ratings, and the factory should be consulted to ensure proper selection
- Valves available in various configurations that include threaded, socket, and flanged
