PFS Injection Quills
PFS Injection quills have been developed to allow chemical injection into the center stream of the flow. This ensures the dispersion of chemical in a more uniform manner, providing for a more homogeneous mix in the pipeline.
Standard features include:
- Six materials of construction
- Standard sizes available for Male by Male connections are 6" or 8"
- MxM available in threaded or socket connections
- Standard sizes available for Female by Male connections are 3" or 5" insertion length
- FxM available in NPT or BSPT connections
- Pressure ranges up to 3000 psig
- Temperatures to 260℃ (500℉)
- Field repairable
- Custom designs and lengths available upon request
- Injection Quills now certified to NSF/ANSI-61
Male x Male Injection Quills
Standard features:
- Available in 6 materials of construction, including PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, 316 S/S, and Hastelloy C276
- Two standard sizes of 6" or 8"
- Threaded or socket connections available
- Built-in spring-loaded check valve
- Field repairable
- Standard 1/8" discharge orifice, and optional 1/4" discharge orifice for higher flow
- Pressure range to 3000 psig
- Temperature range up to 260℃ (500℉)
Female x Male Injection Quills
Standard features:
- Available in 6 materials of construction, including PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, 316 S/S, and Hastelloy C276
- Two standard sizes available: 3" or 5" insertion length
